Delray Villa is a private residence defined by an organic architectural form and a close relationship with its tropical setting. The concept is shaped through soft geometry, sculptural volumes, natural materials, and layered facade elements, creating a fluid connection between architecture, landscape, and outdoor living.
The architecture responds to Miami’s climate through generous shading, covered outdoor areas, and carefully controlled openings. These elements help create comfortable transitional spaces throughout the day while strengthening the relationship between everyday life and the surrounding landscape.
Curved transitions and softened edges are used throughout the composition to balance the scale of the residence and create a more fluid architectural expression.
At the heart of the residence, the courtyard becomes a private tropical retreat shaped around water, landscape and outdoor living. The pool acts as the focal point, surrounded by lush planting, shaded terraces and softened architectural forms.
The Delray Villa reflects our belief that a home should be conceived as a complete environment. Architecture, landscape, light, and everyday living were considered together from the earliest stages, allowing each element to reinforce the overall vision.
