The entrance sets the first impression, so we emphasize its dignity with a precise arch geometry, a single stone portal, and controlled, glare-free lighting. The white mineral tone, with high reflectance, acts as a large diffuser - scattering daylight evenly and, at dusk, providing a calm, luminous backdrop for planting and details.
The arcade is our signature move: a large, finely detailed element that elevates the facade and sets a restrained sense of luxury.
The sunken pool lounge is the site’s social anchor. A curved built-in sofa wraps a fire at seated eye level, creating intimacy, wind and noise shelter, and elevating the space’s value. Warm, tactile finishes keep a unified tonality; generous radii soften edges and make the form graceful to the touch. Fire and water play together, casting lively reflections that amplify the resort mood.
The hot tub zone is a cozy area surrounded by plants and stones. It unites you with nature and shields you from view. Dense landscaping is located around the jacuzzi to provide privacy and create the right human scale, which is equal to an interior room.
The outdoor BBQ kitchen is designed as an architectural extension of the house — its arches, rhythm, and color echo the building’s form. Vertical green walls and cascading plants create a natural backdrop for the cooking area. The blend of stone, plaster, and soft lighting evokes a Mediterranean sense of outdoor living and relaxed hospitality.
The additional terrace for relaxation and yoga is designed as a calm, secluded space with soft lighting and natural materials. Its fluid furniture forms and warm palette enhance the sense of relaxation, while the open-air setting provides an ideal environment for wellness practices at any time of day.
